This small tray has been hand-carved to encircle a wild New Mexico plant, which was painted with white clay and pressed into the tray before it dried. The center remains unglazed red clay, and is surrounded by a brown and gold glaze. Perfect for holding keys, watches, jewelry, etc. Or a few cookies :)
